2011- today, Dr. Becker Kliniken, analysis and standardization of the IT infrastructure, digitalization of patient admission and consolidation of doctor’s letters in accordance with § 301 SGB V. The project led to the homogenization of processes and reduced the report processing time from 4 hours to 10 minutes
2019 – 2022, Alternoil / Avanca, Management and development of a machine data analysis system (digital twin) for LNG filling stations, which led to the implementation of a fully automated LNG supply throughout Germany. By using own, aggregated and purchased data as well as a rollout strategy, the project led to a CO2 reduction of 65%.
2017 – 2019, Rentschler Biopharma, The digital transformation of data focused on the production process of chemotherapeutics or HIV therapies. Identification of the most important external factors that significantly influence the process. Definition and implementation of parameters for data-based management of these external factors.
2014 – 2017 Charité, Berlin, support in the development of an IT-supported, mobile system including speech recognition for medically assisted first aid and rescue of injured wind turbine technicians, which led to an 80% time saving in the documentation process.
2001 – 2003, ZIMBO, Bochum – Sao Paulo – Shanghai, reorganization of the IT infrastructure, integration of weighing systems into the production calculation from the delivery of the ham pieces to the delivery of the packaged sausage products, automation of the slaughter tonnage management of 1 million cattle (South America) and 40 million pigs (China).
1996 – 1999 BASF supported the migration of 22 global data centers with 22 mainframes and 35,000 servers for 150,000 user workstations to 4 globally distributed data centers using Unicenter TNG from CA Computer Associates.
1995-2001 Acquisition, evaluation, scaling and conversion of telemetry data from a Formula 1 racing car, including GPS data, with an accuracy that far exceeds today’s standards, into data-based setup decisions for the respective race track. The result was two world championship wins.
