Interim managers of the baby boomer generation

As part of the baby boomer generation who may soon retire, I face the exciting challenge of continuing to contribute my extensive knowledge and experience effectively to companies.

Many companies are faced with the task of replacing experienced managers, which is a good opportunity for me to contribute my skills, knowledge and expertise as an experienced interim manager over 50 in various industries and tasks.

I am an experienced interim Chief Information Officer (CIO), board member or managing director of IT in order to provide positive support for the current challenges facing SMEs and the manufacturing industry. From my perspective, I would like to outline some of the necessary skills of an interim manager below.
